They got 99 Problems and a contract is one.
A Rod is now trying to negotiate with the
Yankees sans agent after walking away from the team
a few weeks ago.
Initially he has a $252M/10 year contract.
It appears to be a stipulation is the new agreement that
allows for him to share in the windfall that will occur
when he breaks Bond's record.
I think that sh*t is precedent setting.
Its real easy to hate lawyers man.
But please believe, you find yourself in a pinch,
and you are not getting your proper royalties
1-800- Bert-Fields, real talk.
The Clipse, mis favoritos, major greivance at Jive was
that they were not allowed to purse their solo projects.
Now how in the HELL AFTER WU-TANG, does an emcee
sign a contract that stipulates that?
The members of the WGA are picketing because they want
a piece of revenue from online streaming of TV shows.
I ain't mad.
On the go media is the next frontier. Google phone anyone?
They better stand up now or lay down forever.
=======
=======
Are you angry about the WGA strike?
Any of your shows affected?
Do you think they are being greedy?
Are you currently in a contract that YOU would like
to get out of?
LOL.

The Writers are right Cause if they dont start fighting for the rights to royalties that WILL be paid to networks for online streaming in the future now, theyll never get paid off it.
it was a smart strategic move on their part to nip the networks in the bud with this mess. networks always find a way to get paid, so should the people that keep them in business.
I dont watch TV enough, but i told my brother about the strike and he was like "Oh thats why this and that show had re runs all last week?" i guess it fucked up his entertainment for the entire week.
Thank god the boondocks is drawn and produced in bulk.

Needless to say ME and MY GIRL had a thing for Aaron.
Shit I even think I wrote him.
You know m.dot. stay writing niggas.
LOl.
The Office is my show & it is affected. But I respect the writers and they are only going after what they are entitled too. You only have to look at the music industry to see what happens when you don't pay attention to changes in how your product is used.
I'm not to upset about the WGA strike ,there's not much to watch on tv anyway. As long as I can see my KO (Keith Olberman).
I wish they would strike to the point that I wouldn't have to see all these ridiculously fake ass "reality" shows.

That's all your gonna see if the strike continues.

They are revenue goldmines and take only 10 cent to make.
Where is Miss J? She a tv insider.

AND.
When you decide you are going to sue your customers for getting it using the technology.
Most of the shows I watch are on the pay channels...and they haven't been affected yet. But when they start showing reruns of Nip/Tuck and Dexter I might come in to work wearing a diaper and shoot the place up. The writers are doing the right thing. The old school Hollywood Execs can't reconcile with technology and the modern times. It's weird how this thing mirrors the Middle East.
I've been subjected to watching reruns of The Office...which isn't all that bad. But I agree with the WGA...damn that scab Ellen...I'm just kidding...but it's effed up how NBC flexed their muscles and fired 102 people who aren't actors or writers on The Office

REALLLLLLLLLLLLY.
Uber wack.
****Counts down how long it take for production staff to get violent.
It's weird how this thing mirrors the Middle East.

Ohhh.
I posted a response to this earlier but it didn't pop up.
Do explain, I'm intrigued.

I wish they would sue me, I got my whole strategy for showing where I got my music from.
